We just wanted to let you know that we lost our baby. We went to the doctor for a checkup yesterday, and there was no heartbeat. They induced labor and our sweet baby boy was born about 9:40 Tuesday night. Everything looked pretty normal, so we really don't know what happened, but we feel blessed to know that it happened now and not later on in the pregnancy. Shane and I both feel at peace, and had a very peaceful experience at the hospital.
We just wanted to give a little update, that's all the info we have for now.

Oh Laina, I am so sorry for your loss. I just can't imagine how hard that might be and how your hearts must be breaking. I am glad that you have found some peace in all and are doing okay. My thoughts are with you.
